Hello music lovers! Freebird Music Studios is thrilled to launch our brand-new podcast Once Upon a Tune: Where Every Story has a Song — a magical fusion of storytelling + music that invites listeners into imaginative worlds where every original story has its own song.

Once Upon a Tune is designed especially for children aged 3–10, but it’s a show the whole family can enjoy together. Whether you’re tucking in at bedtime, driving in the car, or gathering for a cozy family moment, our episodes aim to delight, inspire, and spark creativity.

  Our stories and songs are written, created and narrated by a real life music teacher, (yours truly, Christina Free). With years of experience teaching music to children, our storyteller brings an educator’s touch to every episode—helping kids engage and connect with the story and music in meaningful ways.
• Adventurous Worlds & Gentle Lessons
  From enchanted forests to whimsical journeys, listeners will tag along for adventures filled with growth, kindness, courage, and friendship.
• Flexible Listening

  Though primarily meant for kids, parents, siblings, and caregivers will enjoy it too. It also is an amazing educational tool blending storytelling, listening skills & musical exposure all in one small package. We’re also planning accompanying lesson guides to go along with each story so make sure you stay tuned for those!

We believe that when storytelling and music meet, they spark a kind of magic: encouraging creativity, emotional expression, and connection. In creating Once Upon a Tune, we’ve poured our hearts into:

• Crafting characters and plotlines that children can relate to and engage their imagination
• Writing melodies that serve the story (not just interludes)
• Recording, editing, and mixing with care to create an immersive listening experience

We hope each episode becomes a doorway into wonder, where listeners feel seen and inspired.
